I have my notebook without bluetooth because I don't need it, but I was wondering if I can add it later ? Because I've seen some free plug inside the notebook.

It is usually a mini-pc slot and yes, most notebooks can have it added later. :)

On Dell D400, the bluetooth module connector is right next to the battery with just one screw to open it. Its easier to install bluetooth module than a RAM module.

Its the same on the 9300 - the slot is on the right side of the battery. You can buy the BT module from Dell Spare Parts or probably find it on ebay, but it might be on the expensive side since it will be an internal card (i've never priced them, so i'm not sure).

Another option is just to buy a USB bluetooth adapter.

This is a bit off subject but does have to do with bluetooth. I don't know if this true on all of the systems that have the BT module on the right side of the battery, but i know on the 9300/9400, you really need to be careful when inserting or taking out your battery.

The BT door is very fragile and can break easily if the battery hits it the wrong way.

Ordered my dell bluetooth 350 module from ebay for around $20 bucks for my E1705. Yeah, and it was easy as pie to put in, just connect and boom, you got bluetooth, cheap. Dell Spare Parts is not that expensive either I've heard. Either way it's cheaper than the $49 dell wants you to pay when you're ordering your computer.
