Can Dell fix these issues on my M1330?

I'm asking here before I have to spend 3 hours waiting for someone to pickup. the last 3 times i've called xps support have had 2-3 hr waits... sigh. I'm swamped with work and school, just don't have 3 hrs out of the day.

    so here's the problems:

    1. The damn CPU whining!?!? I know everyone has it. Dell said last time I called that they're working on some way to fix it. The new A09 Bios didn't seem to do anything for me, or anyone else apparently according to dell's support forum. What's up with that?

    2. My laptop wobbles on the top right and bottom left corners. it only wobbles if I use my 6cell batt, and it doesn't wobble w/ the 9 Cell. So does that mean the 6cell's rubber feet thing on the top right corner isn't high enough? Can dell fix that?

    3. The "increase volume" media button thing isn't as responsive as the other ones. i have to press really hard to get it to respond. all the other ones i just tap it lightly, and it works.

Here's some questions that I know Dell has no clue what to do with:

    4. I'm currently using Vista Ultimate on this only because I couldn't get my bluetooth driver and my sigmatel audio driver to work properly on XP. since dell hasn't released a xp bluetooth driver, i used WIDCOMM 5.1 stack, and the bluetooth headset and stereo headset drivers would disable the sigmatel drivers. really annoying. cmd51229 says he's gotten it to work:
I need some other people to confirm this does fix the problem before I reformat and go back to XP. I really really want to, but the last 2 times I tried hasn't worked out so good.

    5. Dell 32bit Vista drivers include the Turbo Memory thing. And there's no Turbo Memory drivers for XP. the M1330 comes with it i'm pretty sure. Does it work for XP? according to intel, it only works on Vista. makes sense cuz even after tweaking vista a lot, it's still slow as hell.

    6. Do the new Sigmatel Drivers still require me to install the XP update thing that enables HD audio?

    Thanks guys.

You should exchange it if it has that many problems or if you just can't stand the issues. The m1330/m1530 does not have turbo memory by the way.

The turbo memory card does not fit in m1330/m1530 because of the case design, if you ever opened up your laptop, you wont find a turbo memory card. Im not sure what the driver is for.

Turbo memory does fit in the m1330, as I have one installed. It does not function the way it is supposed to, though.

so after looking into it, basically the only way to fix the whining issue now is to disable speed step and dynamic acceleration in bios.

has anyone looked at the newest sigmatel drivers? not the ones from dell's website, but released by sigmatel. do i still need to install the HD audio windows xp patch thing?

so i called dell. they're sending a guy over to repair the volume button and give me a new batter to get rid of the wobble.

according to the tech, there's nothing that can be done about the whine issue. i said whine, and he instantly was like yep, i get that all the time. lol

he has the same issue himself w/ his m1330. lol

I asked about the bluetooth issue, and there is a xp bluetooth driver (v. 5.1), but it's just not listed with the m1330. they guy couldn't do anything about it. sigh
