    Can CSRs see your past message history?

    Can CSRs see what you've asked for from others (either other CSRs or Dell Chat)? Random question because sometimes it feeling like they can :eek:

    I am pretty sure they can. I used to be a CSR and we had to document our calls and go back and view the call history, if we didn't document sometime it was a pain in the a$#.

    It was the worse job i've ever had. Hated every minute of it.

    Yes, they can. My case manager was able to see who I was speaking to on chat and what he promised me. That is why I just go straight to my Case Manager when I have some questions. He told me that only Case Managers have access to what the delay is, not those people on chat.
