This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Do I have to call dell for my dhl tracking #?
    I couldn't find my tracking number anywhere in the site or anywhere in the email saying that it was shipped.

    They should put a tracking number on it, but I'm having similar problems with Dell. They just don't put enough information on their order page. They changed my order number (why?!) and the only way I can get it is by calling. :| I don't have a phone at my location...

    But yeah, if it's not on your order page or not on the "Track This Shipment" link in your e-mail, you may ultimately have to call. Or use their online chat system.
