Well, I was trying to contact my CSR regarding a M1330 order because I need to change something. So I sent five emails and three voice mails so far in last five days, but she never called me back! Not even a email...

Anyone has any idea what I should do? I will be on a trip the next week so I really want this to be done today.

    Please help!

I experienced the same thing with my CSR. I called the EPP and specifically asked for anyone but the rep I had. I crabbed about that guy not returning my phone call. I went ahead and cancelled and reordered a laptop. I was given $50, free bag, and free next day shipping.

I plan on writing to corporate letting them know what I experienced. I can understand if a CSR is busy and can't answer our questions, but it would be appropriate if they called back and said, "I am sorry that I can't help you with your order now. Maybe we should set up a time when we can both chat." It is inexcusable for a CSR to treat customers like that after they get done plopping a bunch of money on their delayed computers.

They're useless. I've had two, neither of them would call me back nor e-mail me back. This sux. I've waited 3 weeks, and I'm getting tired of hearing "build stage". Mine is supposed to ship on Monday for a Tuesday delivery. I seriously doubt that.

Ok, do you think that I can have someone else to modify my order?

I usually have to call at least 2 different people to get what I want.
