    CPU speed query.

    My Inspiron 6400 has got the Core 2 Duo T5600 that runs at 1.83ghz but sometimes when I have I8kfan running it sometimes jumps up to just over 1.9ghz for a split second which seems a bit odd.Can anyone tell me if this is normal please.

    Sounds like a programming or rounding error if you ask me. Shouldn't be anything wrong with it though.
