    Hey there guys,

Just a quickie, I have CFI CompleteCare under my dell laptop's warranty & services. I've been told this cover's accidental damage? is this true?

    Thank you

    :)

Complete care should cover accidental. Just email the dell rep that sold you the machine, that should get you all the info you need.

It covers accidental damage, but not intentional. Things like spills, drops, etc are cover, but not theft, fire or anything that can be determined that it was on purpose (like dropping it into a pool).

The warranty replaces your broken parts, and if they can't fix it, then you might get a newer laptop.
