im buying right now xps 1530 using the one day sale or the 25% discount and i need your help

    1:
t9300 and 2 year of warrenty and lojack or t8300 and 3 years of warrenty and lojack (its almost the same price) about 1600$ including tax
    2:
the same comp configuration (t9300) with 1 year warrenty, no lojack for 1450$

i prefered to stay under the 1500$, the prob is that most of the time im not going to be in the USA and only the 3 years had global warrenty

i dont know what i should do and im buying it right now...
one more questation is the intel next gen n wireless worth the price or should i just go for the simple g version...
    thank you need quick answers...

Highly recommend configuration #2. You seriously don't need more than the standard 1 year warranty, and you can renew it at the end of the year. The INtel Next Gen wireless is worth it as it will futureproof your PC somewhat as more and more wireless networks are moving towards the N.

Out of curiosity, what display did you get for it?

    cofig for the 1450$ laptop:
    color: black
    processor: t9300
    OS: vista premium
    screen: 1680 X 1050
    memory: 4 gig
    HD: 160 GB 7200 RPM
    no blue ray
    video card: 8600gt
    wireless: intel next gen
    bluetooth: dell 355
    battery: 6 cell
    sound: interageted sound blaster.

dont you think that i should add about 150$ for 2 years warrenty and lo jack?
i prefer to stay under 1500 but for 1600$ to get it with 2 years sounds good dont you think?

Seriously, the lojack is useless unless you really thing your laptop is gonna get stolen and if you plan on leaving your laptop somewhere for many hours in a public location. The 2 years warranty doesn't matter since two years from now there will most likely be an even cooler laptop you will want to buy. Money is better spent on components that you will actually use. ie. Hard Drive

If you want to spend some more money because you can, I recommend increasing your hard drive. Then you will have the perfect and most logical configuration possible at this point in time.
