Hi Guys,
i'm from singapore and will like to purchase a refurbished XPS 16 Laptop from outlet. Anybody have know if dell honour the warrantly if i received it in faulty condition ? is there any problem if i transfer the owner ship over to singapore ?
Thank in advance

Provided that there is coverage for Dell service in Singapore, there shouldn't be a problem once you transfer the warranty using the following: Dell - International Ownership Transfer Form
There appears to be service in Singapore: Dell International Services Program | Dell
Keep in mind though, only Dell could answer that for sure. Worst case, the warranty would be honored, you would just have to ship it to the US for service. -
Hi jason, thank for the reply..... my only concern will the DOA when i received it

I suppose you run some risk of it, but it's not that big of a risk in my opinion.
I've ordered five or six systems from the outlet without issue. In fact, I'm typing this on a Latitude D820 that I bought about 4 years ago from the outlet. -
I bought from a certified reseller in the UK that ships outlet laptops throughout the EU. After payment i got a message from Dell US (no idea why it was US) telling me the ownirship was transferred to me. Whin i had an issue with the screen i just called Dell Netherlands and i had a new screen the next day just like i would've with the system i bought here.
This is with a 3yr NBD international warranty though.
