    I want to upgrade the RAM on my Inpsiron 1520, got it in 2007.

    Will this RAM work on it?

    Well, the only thing I'm not sure about is PC5400. What's the difference between PC5400 and PC5300?

    Yes thats fine for the ram.

    There is no difference.

    Remember the 2nd ram slot is under the keyboard.
