1. Is Dell going to release Inspiron E1525 this month? I have searched the forum and Google. Some say it won't come out until next year, but other say it will come out this month. I am confused. Yes, I called Dell and the rep told me it will be on the website if it is being released.
2. Is Inspiron 1525 going to look different from 1520. Someone in this forum said Dell is moving sound input to the front to fix high-pitch noise issue. Is it true? I look at the picture of E1525. It looks the same too me!!!
Any answers would be appreciated. Thanks!!

If i were you, i would spend the extra $200-300 dollars and get the dell m1530.

Upgrade the battery to a 9 cell, because the 6 cell will start to wear out. You probably dont need a Seagte 7200 HD if you're getting a 1520, but everything looks great.

Looks like a pretty nice setup you've got there. As for the 1525 release, it's anyones guess but most likely near Q1 '08. If you can get a good deal on that 1520 then I say snatch it up.
Supposedly the looks of the 1525 will be much the same. They intend to make a few different internal components available but that's about the biggest difference I can figure. -
Did you use coupons? Or are you from USA - I'm canada? Cause you have a better setup, and I paid $10 more than you. =/

Hey, if I the price is like what you said, I would go for XPS. The problem is XPS doesn't offer a deep discount like Inspiron line, and I know that XPS has a better build than Inspiron such as better material and design. I tried to configure m1530 with the same configuration on my Inspiron and the price is way up there like $1800 It just doen't justify for me to pay that much for a laptop. I think you get what I mean. -
they needa release a $200 off XPS coupon again...every1 will buy an XPS then lol
