Luckily got the complete care warranty, and just on monday dell sent me a box and I shipped it away to Solectron (The Repair Guys for Dell).
Just wondering if anyone has heard stories of their laptop being lost in the mail etc. Because I see it has been recieved, just wondering cause I need the laptop cause my university work is on it...hopefully no data loss was incurred.

Hopefully you pulled your hard drive out before shipping it off for repair. Otherwise I think all your data is kaput.

Computer all fixed all in less than 4 days, "The parts replaced was palmrest assembly, touchpad, LED board, switch board, LCD suspend switch, multi-media board. The entire palm rest and keyboard assembly was replaced as liquid was spilt on it." Missed purolator coming to my house, so ill hafta pick it up monday, still definitely pleased with the quick repair..
Harddrive is fine they say...so we will see monday.
