I have tried a few of the "FREE" DVD burning programs out there and I have yet to be able to play a single one of my burned DVD's on any of my (NEW, not old) DVD players around the house.

First question....What the hell is wrong with Dell that they dont include a program for this purpose?

Second question....Is there a program that you folks can recommend that you KNOW produces DVD's that actually DO play in a home DVD player? I made the mistake of purchasing rch express burn because of its "easy, idiot proof" software and it is giving me the same damn problem.

I want something that I can drag and drop .avi files and it takes care of the rest. Does that even exist
