Uhh so I got my 1520 (pics/review upcoming), but I can't figure out where the software is to use my webcam. Doesn't Dell have some kind of photobooth software or something to that effect?
*Edit: Nothing shows up in my "scanners and cameras" section. Is there something wrong here?

Is there a icon on the desktop to open a webcam program? or in the vista control panel?

Nope, not that I can find.

That's weird. The Vostro 1400 manual includes this page: http://support.dell.com/support/edocs/systems/vos1400/en/OM/camera.htm#wp1067520
I could not find a similar page in the Inspiron 1520 manual online. Weird, very weird.
Another reason Vostros are greater than Inspirons. =P, j/k. -
I have the 1420, the camera software is on the start menu, then programs, then dell folder and choose Dell Webcam Center. Hope that helps.
Built in camera?
