I ordered a BX3-00008 Microsoft wireless optical mouse and was told that it would interfere with the frequency on my Linksys WRT54G Wireless Broadband Router. Does anyone know if this is true? Do wireless mouses run on 2.4 GHz?

I just bought and installed that wireless mouse yesterday. Costco has them for $29. I really like the mouse, works great.

I have wireless with a Belkin Pre-N router and am having no problems at all with the mouse. I am far from being an expert on this, but I believe I read somewhere else that the wireless mouse will not interfer wit the routers.

I was reading all the reviews on Amazon where I bought the mouse and it seems onle the Microsoft got a;ll 5 stars and no complaints. So that is why I chose this one. I like the fact it has an extended battery life on only one AA battery where the Logitec uses two and battery life isn't great. I paid $31.34 for mine on Amazon no tax no shipping and I am getting a $10 rebate since I just bought my computer also.
