Hey guys. I got my brand new Studio 1558. 11 Hours later, internal screen cracked. Not even touched by myself, sat on my desk unwrapped (I was yet to set it up, as it was late at night i got it). I turn it on this morning to find the screen was cracked internally, bleeding. Dell are picking it up tomorrow. I am extremely angry at this. I'm mainly here to see if this is a common problem. I have literally done nothing to provoke this crack. It was opened once. I did however notice a few mild streaks at the point where this bleeding started, the first time i turned it on. It was only noticeable with pure black. (BIOS screen etc). So, has this happened to other people, and why?

    Sounds like a shipping problem.
