    Hi,

Hopefully someone can help me with this. I've just taken delivery of my new Dell Inspiron Duo, and according to battery bar the battery wear is at 3.5% before i have even plugged it in for the first time.

Is this normal/ acceptable for a new laptop, or should i send it back for a replacement? :)

    Thanks, Ryan

Have you tried calibrating the battery?
