    Bought laptop from dell outlets, no track #

    I bought a laptop from dell outlet store, it was shipped on 9/12.
    Called Dell to get my tracking number and they can't find it.
    But my order page said sent.
    I called DHL, but I ordered a car charger the same time and got a tracking number, but that only shows it for the car charger.
    The DHL tracking site said it was 3 lbs. Laptop weights more than that with a big battery.
    Delivery day is 9/17-919.
    Want to make sure I get it.
    I also called Fedex, Dell sc told me that it mite have been sent by them, but they have no record of it on file.
    Where do they send outlet computers from ? Ohio is where all the assc come from.

    Tennessee is for software and Austin Texas for hardware. A laptop box will way no less than 10 lbs.

    Do you know what company they use DHL, UPS, FEDEX ? to deliver them

    yea, no tracking # for outlet purchase here either. Delivered by UPS a week or so later.

    i wouldnt worry about it.
