    I was wondering how exactly you are able to get the company discount when you have a family member that works for Boeing?

    Ask the family to look into their benefits package. Typically this is handled by someone in HR. Same person would also handle cell phone discounts and the like.

    Actually you get it by going to the Boeing Employee Discount web site which is located on the MyBoeing Express web site. Only employees and retirees have access to this site. So the discount code would have to be obtained by an employee or a retiree.
