Has anyone successfully used dial-up networking (DUN) via bluetooth with an M1210 and a Treo 650 (on Sprint, in particular)?

I get all the way through the pairing/setup process, but the connection always fails when I actually try to dial in. The pairing process seems a little wonky-- when you first connect, a dialog pops up on the treo to enter a passkey. I enter it, and then a window pops up on the PC to enter it-- but the window *immediately* vanishes, and there's an error message. A few seconds later, the window reappears. Enter the passkey, and now the dialog on the treo pops up again. Enter the passkey on the treo a second time, and then you're through.

This strikes me as being wrong-- why does the first dialog on the PC vanish so fast you can't even click on it?

Ya know, I used to have a treo 600.. Well i have it, just dont use it anymore since i dont have sprint. When i did use it for DUN, i had to use a program that i think was called PDAnet. You had to use the data cable to connect up to your laptop. If you downloaded so many megs, Sprint would cancel your service since your paying for internet on a phone and not highspeed internet on a computer and they sell PMCIA cards for that as well as service plans... If i remember correctly that sprint disabled the data feature for the Bluethooth on the treo 650, you could use it to transfer files or use a BT headset but no DUN... Thats why people were in such a uproar when the thing came out, Its what stopped ME from upgrading at the time. I could be wrong on this.. its been a few years since the Treo 650 came out.
    Good Luck
