Hello, I have an Inspiron 1525, and I notice a status LED on the front of the notebook, and it always remains unlit. Also, when I first got the system, I noticed that in the Control Panel, there was a Control Panel Applet for Bluetooth. But ever since I reformatted and reinstalled Vista, the Control Panel Applet is gone, and I see nothing regarding Bluetooth in the Device Manager. Does the notebook have a Bluetooth radio?

    Thanks.

It all depends on your configuration. Going by what it was before you reformatted it, you do have bluetooth. Go and download the bluetooth drivers from the Dell website.
