I recently restored to factory state, and my bluetooth devices will not load. I double click the icon but not indication that it's loading, and no subsequent program execution.

I tried to install using R140135.exe but it tells me to uninstall the bluetooth first.

How do I uninstall if I don't have it?

I checked Device Manager, Network, I just see the Wireless internet modules.

Anyone have an idea of what I can do?

So device manager shows no Bluetooth? Was it working before the OS reinstall?

It was. Apparently I just had to go to WIDCOMM and load it from there. Retarded.

Now another problem :/ Instead bluetooth loads, everythings fine. I try to find a device, can't find it. And then the bluetooth icon on the bottom right is gone. I can't reopen the BBTray.exe. I deleted it from Task Manager, still same.

    Aiya.

Try reinstalling the BlueTooth software. Also are your devices set on discoverable mode?

Reinstalled. And problem persists. : (

Bluetooth is on, and my phone can find my PC bluetooth; not the other way around.

Is there an alternative program to BTTray? I tried BlueSoeil but no luck.

Just curious, what kind of Bluetooth card are you using? Is it the 360 or 355?

1st of all goto control panel frm there go to the programs and features option and in that there is an option for uninstall a program
frm there 1st uninstall the widcom bluetooth driver
then frm the dell support site as per ur OS u installed get the latest driver and install it and then restart u system
after u restart right click on the bluetooth icon
open settings and frm there enable the discoverable mode of the system also and allow other device to connect
then check ur issue shoud get resolved!
