    Bluetooth not discoverable in dell n5110

    I am using Dell Inspiron n5110 but recently when i tried to transfer my files to cell using bluetooth it didn't work and prompted the following error.

    Though i have latest bluetooth driver installed still it shows this on device management

    Did the Bluetooth ever work or is that the first time you were using it?

    Using for the first time, though i know my laptop is compatible on running bluetooth.

    I mean if you have a known good device and the latest drivers, you could have a defective Bluetooth module.
