So I was trying to order my system the past two days and got disconnected from the rep I was speaking with. Today, I go to retrieve my saved cart and the Bluetooth option has disappeared (as well as the price of my Alpine White cover increasing by $30). I went to configure a completely different system and bluetooth is completely missing from the configuration options! Anybody have any info on this?? This would kill me if bluetooth wasn't available anymore.

The rep I'm speaking to right now says the warehouse is out of the parts and bluetooth capability will temporarily be discontinued in the 1720!

Maybe its temporary, Dell changes its website constantly and seemingly at random.

Try calling the free number, or emailing them about it. Otherwise you could just wait a couple of days and see if they change it back.

Update: Bluetooth is now simply included in the pre-configured systems. You'll notice it in the bottom right corner if you scroll far enough down. Guess that rep had no idea what she was talking about. That's news to all of us!
