    Hi,

I have a Studio 1737 2.8Ghz 8gb memory referbished the problem is they decided to do a clean install of Windows 7 32 bit and now the Bluetooth does not work, I know the card is installed as the light comes on the laptop BUT no icon in the bar nor is there any bluetooth in the device manager, If I use a USB Bluetooth toggle it works fine.

I have searched up and down all over the web to find a solution including the Dell website with no luck at all!

Has anyone else had this problem and if so how did you go about fixing it?

If this has been posted on another thread please point me in the right direction.

    Thanks guys :)

You probably need to visit the dell website and download/install the drivers for the bluetooth device.
