    Oh my god, 7 weeks for my laptop? Is htis really going to happen? I thought the original ship date was already an overestimation, but wow thats nearly 2 months of me waiting.. the worth of the laptop already drops by then.

    Well I called and today it just got into the "Build" stage, past 2 days it was "Kitting" do you guys think it will really take me to 9/15 to get it?

    Anyone else experiencing these kind of delays?

    wow, the last 2 days it was in kitting? So were was it for the weeks before that?

    For the weeks before, it was in pre production.. basically waiting on parts to arrive (the largest delay was from the LCD bezel)

    I have been, he upgraded the shipping to 1 business day, and he said he would try to expedite things but who knows.

    Ouch man. I ordered 7/24 and I picked mines up 8/18...you must have gotten all the max delayed parts...
