    Bloatware???Clean installs????

    Sooo, whats all the talk about clean installs of Vista, removing bloatware ect?
    I know that bloatware is all those crappy programs that Dell and other manufacturers preinstal on new build computers.
    Whats the best way to remove?
    Cant you just go to add/remove and deleat any unneccesary programs, or do you need to format and reinstall?????????????????????
