    Hi Guys

Need help on course of action:

I have a two week old Inspirson 6400 with the following spec:

Base: Inspiron 6400 Core 2 Duo Processor T5600 (1.83 GHz
Hard Disk Drive: 160GB (5,400 rpm) Sata Hard Drive
    Memory: 2048MB 667MHz DDR2 SDRAM (2x1024)
Modem: Internal 56K Modem Notebook - UK
NoteBook Screen: 15.4 UltraSharp Wide WXGA+ (1440x900) TrueLife
Software: AOL 8, BT + Tiscali ISP combo - UK
Video: 256MB ATI MOBILITY RADEON X1400 graphics
Operating System: English - Vista Home Premium

When i'm using it flicking around as normal the screen goes completely white and blank and sometimes comes back on and sometimes it does not and I have to switch it off and re-start. [not gettign hot or runnign any big programs other than the net??]

Is this someting common or shall i ring Dell and kick up a stink and demand a new laptop or is it something Dell can normally diagnose & fix over the phone ?

    PLESE HELP!!

    Shandy
