    Bios update error

    while i install bios, occur error
    "ERROR! The BIOS update could not be performed because a valid ROM image file could not be found"

    How i can solve error? :confused:

    This is something that will require Dell to sort out. If you want to fix the problem yourself, then you may need to purchase a new EEPROM, because the BIOS flash has not worked properly. Replacing the EEPROM may also be quite difficult. It may be worth considering to let Dell fix the problem, if you are under a warranty.

    i chose correct os(winXp)

    early i chose wrong Xp64 :)
