This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Logitech cam driver, audio, quickset are also available on support.dell.com.

    After loading vista i still have one device unidentified. Listed as 'Base System Device'

    can't figure out what it is. isn't the ricoh media slots, or bluetooth (although i don't have the toshiba btooth drivers located/loaded) or wifi/nic...

    download the ricoh media for xp from dell run them in vista this will fix base system device, vista is missing part of the driver after windows update
