    Can anyone tell me , will bing 20 prct still work if i apply for a(new)Dell prefered application at time of order.

    Yes, it will work, as long as you entered Dell thru the Bing Cashback Portal you should be fine. :)

    I have used Bing CB a few times alongside with my Dell 3% DPA Discount!

    Yes, that would be the best if your looking for the best deal with Bing & Dell.

    But, the 20% Dell Bing Promo may be over with :(

    You may want to double check on that. I just did a quick Bing search, and I'm showing it back at 5% :(
