Hello. I bougt a new DELL R15 a few days ago.
    I installed Windows XP.

But I have a Problem. I turn wireless on (Fn+F2)
    And nothing happens o_O

Then I put an Ethernet Cable in => Result: Nothing happens.

    Anyone knows a solution?

I have a solution... Install the drivers, of course, if you haven't done so already.

Also, look in the device manager to see if any other devices need drivers. There is of course that possibility that device may not have XP drivers. Not that it won't work, it may be a bit harder to find a driver that will work. Obviously, that driver may not be in Dell's list for that model. Is there some application you need to run that requires XP? If not, why do you want to go back? Personally, I feel vista and seven manage memory so much better then XP did. That is, the newer OS's use more memory to their advantage. As long as you have 3+ gigs of it, I don't see XP having any more advantages anymore.. Good luck in getting that driver though, XP is still a fine OS.

They probably reformat the drive and installed windows again, to delete all their information before selling the computer, but they didn't install everything like some drivers in this case, ethernet drivers and wireless card drivers. you might find some other issues if this is the case
