GeekSquad typically opens laptops and "prepares" systems beforehand: they make restore disks - and mess that up, remove pre-installed apps - by deleting shortcuts on the desktop, and install garbage trialware.

They do this so they can sell you it as a "service" that you can't opt out of because "we already prepared the system". Demand a brand new, sealed replacement.

My mother bought a laptop a couple years ago and GS pulled this on her. I was in-store with her and I told them that they either need to get a sealed one, or system restore it back to factory AND give me the disks they made with no charge, or there's no sale. They didn't have any more in stock of the laptop model, so they did what I demanded.

Edit: You should really look at using imageshack to thumbnail your pics.

So they have to take 1642 hour to clean up ?

obiviously , they didn't do anything as I see. The bloatwares are still here, idk what they did for 1642 hour beside factory run time.

Could have been used as a store display model perhaps.

In any case, the seal was broken, you should have returned it as soon as you found this out. Return it and demand a new unit or a discount off the unit you now own.
