What are the best drivers for the GeForce GO 6800 256mb in the Inspiron 9300? Take into account stability, any problems with games, and performance (real-life and synthetic).
Also, some people claim that overclocking their video card from stock speeds can actually reduce game performance. Has anyone experienced this? Does overclocking actually increase the temperature and power use by a lot?

I run the xtreme-g drivers. They gave me a 150mp/s boost during the video test at pcpitstop.com. I didn't overclock because I would void warranty.

I am running the latest Dell drivers, though I have a XPS Gen. 2. I did get a 3DMark05 score of 5119 with the following specs:
2GHz Pentium M
512MB Dual-channel DDR2 RAM
and a 80GB 5400 RPM HD, the rest really doesn't matter.
I just stuck with the Dell drivers because they were extremely easy to download and install. -

Get the tweaked and modded NVIDIA drivers from www.omegadrivers.net. I have the modded ATi ones from their site for my X700, they do give a nice performance boost and I have never had any problems with them.
Have fun!
