    I have to buy a new laptop, Ive got 1250 dollars and Id like to spend them ona a dell e1705. Itd be perfect if it had the best gpu and a nice battery. Any suggestions on how i could get the best deal?

    true, but in general, the prices would generally tend to get lower as days go by.

    Yeah, they would get lower, but then you'd be looking at something else because there would be better stuff out

    prices will always go down, but then again, you may miss a great deal if you pass one by. Just get the notebook when you need it.

    rydude is right. Sure, prices will generally go down, but if you can use a big coupon now, I'd do it; since even if the prices go down a little, there's no guarantee that there will be a coupon available at that time.
