    Best Number To Reach Dell?

    Hi all,

    I'm new to this forum, and after reading all the great reviews from people here I decided to order a 1520 yesterday. I used the employee discount, but was not able to stack my university education discount as well. I also wanted to ask for the wireless remote and complain about the "bait & swtich" false advertising of the 8600GT which is totally underclocked. The thing is, i've been trying to call all day yesterday, but i've been put on hold for hours! I ended up leaving two messages, but still no reply. I even tried calling this morning, but still i havent gotten through!

    I'm sure alot of people have the same problem so I wanted to know which numbers people have been using with success in getting through.

    These are the numbers i've called so far:

    800-695-8133 - a person answered but they re-directed me because they had no authorization

    877-248-3731 - got the run around again!

    800-695-8133 - got the run around again!

    800-901-3355 - no answer, on hold for hours . . . left 2 messages
