Best Neoprene Sleeve for 14z

Hey I'm looking for a neoprene sleeve for the 14z that is relatively cheap, doesn't have any wacky designs (aka the built NY ones). Also, preferably without a zipper, but it's not that important.. Any suggestions?

I don't trust the Belkin sleeves; I bought one made for 14-15" notebooks, and my 15.6" Studio 15 has over two inches of space in all dimensions inside that thing.

I don't have much experience with neoprene, so I don't know how much it'll stretch but the 14z is. Will it scratch the laptop if I'm constantly shoving it in small neoprene case?

the internal dimensions of this sleeve are

12.78" x 8.92" x 1.08"

OR

am I just better off buying one that's a little too big like
