Hey guys, I was wondering what the best coupon you remember Dell releasing was. This includes those deals that are like, " N% or $N off purchases over $999"
Has anybody seen something as high as 30% off?
Also, what is Dell's average coupon rotation frequency? 2 weeks or so?
Thanks!

I've got a couple of 30% Dell Small Business coupons right now (good on Vostro, Latitude, Optiplex, etc.). You could get a Vostro 1400 for $489!!!
-
link please to that vostro for 489?? i also have a 30% coupon id buy one for that price..thanks

Here's the link:
http://www.dell.com/content/product...nb_1400?c=us&cs=04&l=en&s=bsd&~tab=bundlestab
Choose the "Intel CoreTM 2 Duo Package" that lists for $649, and upgrade the CPU to a 5470 for $50, making the total $699. 30% off that, is $489.30. -
The problem with these 30% off coupons right now is that Dell has pretty good savings (usually 30% or more) on nicely equipped package deals, so the coupon is worthless on anything but the basic model. In the case of the Vostro 1400 I referenced above, for $100 more (and no coupon) you get 2GB RAM, a DVD burner, and a bigger HD. Well worth the extra $100 unless you were just looking for the cheapest notebook possible.

yeah i see that i agree. ill wait for another office depot deal. i picked up our toshiba's there a few months back for 350 after rebates 1gb ram, pentium dual core, dvd burner, 120gb hdd etc.. killer deal there.

err sorry, should have specified: i meant the consumer line, only
sorry about that. -

Anyone not using his/her coupon?
-
for example - i just ordered up a vostro 1500
- t7300
- xp home
- xga+ screen
- 3 gb ram
- 160 gb hd
- 8400m gs (128 mb)
- 4965 agn wireless-n card
- 355 bt module
- integrated 2.0mp webcam
dells "discounted" price = 1343
my price after 30% off coupon = 1075
thats almost a $300 savings with a LOT of added equipment
and that holds true across the board for the entire vostro line...
a vostro 1400 similarly equipped:
- dells "discounted" price = 1287
- if you use the 30% discount = 1146
the savings arent as much there - but its still cheaper with the 30% discount...
i mean - even with the vostro you mentioned (selecting 2 gigs of ram, the dvd burner, and the bigger - 120gb hd):
- dells discounted price = 884
- if you use the 30% discount = 654 -
I am talking about coupons for Insiprons ( not Vostro's). -
i do recall seeing a $750 off $1499 and higher - and that wasnt all that long ago (maybe a few months)
for what its worth - the vostros are the same thing as inspirons - albeit a bigger "bang for your buck" (in fact, when i called to ask about my order - the rep said: "you ordered the new inspiron 1500, ugh, i mean vostro 1500" - lol) -

yesterday I've seen a link for a $359 off for Vostro 1500, but don't remember where on this forum I've seen it, so all I can find right now is a link for a $359 off for Vostro 1400. I would really like to get a 15.4 inch screen and not a 14.1
Anyone can help ? -
These offers and coupons sound great but where oh where are all the UK coupons, vouchers etc? The dollar is so weak just now that I did toy with the idea of buying something from the US site but I doubt they will accept that
Best Dell Coupon you've ever seen? (for notebooks $999 and under)
