My sons Inspiron 1564 suddenly won't turn on, but is giving the following beep codes:
    2 4 3 1
    Anyone have any ideas?
We have tried with / without hard drive, swapping out the RAM, but no change, he uses this for school and unfortunately the warranty has run out.

Luckily, realised there are 2weeks of extended warranty left!
After contacting Dell, however, they say that that. Series of beep codes doesn't exist, picking it up today for repair anyway.
