NHC reports 17% wear level on my one month old D620. Is that normal?

No. Monitor it some more and if it gets worse, contact Dell.

I have never met a battery that didnt lose noticable amounts of capacity right off the bat. Nicad, NiMH, Lithium Ion, Lithium Poly, they all drive themselves into oblivion wether or not I use the battery alot or not. I hatem. The battery industry sucks. &&
