I've had them vostro 1500 for about 6months now and the 9-cell battery is starting to annoy me a great deal, because of its ugliness.

I looked at Dell's website and battery replacements are very expensive, so I am wondering if any companies make third party batteries for Dell.

    Thanks for the help!

Dont buy third parties. If you can wait a while. The factory for batteries in Korea isnt fully caught up yet. Once they do these prices will dissapear.

I think the prices will drop back to normal sometime in June.
