    Do these laptops both take the same battery? They seem to be very similar, but I haven't been able to confirm whether their batteries are compatible.

    I can't confirm 100% but I can confirm at least 98%

    They are the same exact laptop with the only difference being the color, this was the information provided to us by Dell - so the battery should be no exception...

    I chatted with tech support and they told me they are not compatible, but I don't trust much of what they say. They are probably the same with different p/n's. I guess I can just return it if it doesn't work.
