If I were to get the E1505 with the integrated graphics how close the advertised 8 hour battery life of the E1405 would I be able to get with the 9-Cell battery? I am torn because I have configured the two systems with the same stuff and it is only a difference of about 30 bucks, so I am trying to decide how much less battery life I would get with the E1505 and also worried about the screen issues with the E1405. Better screen vs better battery life? Please help! Thanks.

At the lowest brightness setting, doing basic tasks through an Ethernet internet connection - listening to music while browsing the web - I can just squeeze around 7:30 hours here on my 640m. This is with a 1440x900 screen. With a 1280x800 on the 6400 and 9 cell, you should be able to get about the same.

Practically though, if it's daytime I have my 640m on brightness maximum and WiFi on, which gets me around 5:30 hours.

That is bizarre, I have a 6400 with 6-cell battery and I haven't been able to get more than 3 hours on it. Lowest brightness, no wi-fi, no usb device, no ethernet, just plain word processing.
