    Battery is charging only 91% on Latitude d430

    Hi. I received my Latitude D430 3 weeks ago and I can only charge it to 91%. What can I do to get it to charge it to 100%? I have read that you can change the setting at the BIOS, but I don't see that option in my BIOS.
