Hi all
I've been bought a new dell inspiron 7460 in September 2017. First, I've contacted dell support centre in my country by phone and asked for some question (one of the question was about my laptop battery). The result said that my battery performance was about 80% (i dont remember the number exactly) then the support centre said it was OK. Note that it was NEW laptop.
About 3 months ago, sometimes i got some problem when i turn on my laptop. It was said "battery low" even though i have more than 50% battery charged when i shut down the laptop. It happened just in a minor time.
Today, i try to contact the support centre again and he says that my laptop's battery in the end of the cycle (means it need to replace). Unfortunately, the warranty was expired yet one weeks ago. My fault.
Is there anyone have the same experience as me? How can one year laptop got this kind of problem. I've already used another laptop before (not DELL) and never experienced something like this. Really dissapointed to buy this laptop.
Please give me opinion
Regards

Sounds like your battery has a bad cell.

I am guessing mine does too. 48 bucks plus free shipping from Ebay and I guess I will be good again!
