    Hello I'm a first timer: Message on task bar says "0" power Battery not charging. Can anyone help me resolve this issue? Would be forever in your debt. Thank You .33carlos.

    Hi 33carlos, make sure that your AC Adapter is working properly (try or borrow another one with the same type), otherwise your battery needs to be replaced.
