Is anyone aware of a cover for the battery area of the M1330 for when a battery is not connected?

I travel a lot but run the laptop off the mains most of the time. Therefore I'd rather carry just the power cable rather than the battery. However, when the battery is not plugged in there is a big gaping gap at the back of the laptop and the electronic pins etc are exposed.

OK I know I can just plug the battery in to cover the back but it adds so much more weight. :(

Find a cheap or dead battery on the bay and rip the guts out of it. Then use that.
