Hi, first I'm sorry if I'm posting a thread that already existed, but I wasn't able to find a thread with a similar problem.
The thing is that my aunt started downloading updates and things from Dell (as she told me, I wasn't there) and in one of those updates, there was the bios, she updated the system, and then it never came back to life..., so I was wandering if there is a recovery method with a usb floppy drive (I have one), since I've tried the Windows Key + F and Fn + F with no avail, is there other option, other than replacing the motherboard? (I live in Chile, and here all computer related things are very expensive... and I don't have credit card to order overseas )
Many thanks in advance !

Sadly, this happens once in a while. I once had to blind flash my video card, but this was because even without video, my system still booted up fine. The BIOS pretty much tells your system how to work, so I don't really think there is any way to recover
Edit: Try removing the CMOS battery for a bit. Might be a long shot, but it's worth a try. -
Already tried removing the battery for about 10 minutes, nothing happened, so I'm guessing there is no way back...
I thought since it was a Phoenix Bios it had the Crisis Recovery function as other brands...
Thanks for the quick reply!
