My son for school needs a back pack that will fit this laptop and a book or 2, he does not want a bulky bag, the few he looked at were either very tight or too big, anyone have any suggestions for this, thanks in advance!

I have no idea how big your son is, nor the size/weight of the books he'll carry (two paperbacks? two 2-inch textbooks?). Bag comfort is hard to guesstimate. The studio 1558 fits into any bag that will hold a 15.4" or 15.6" widescreen, although a 9-cell battery may jab him in the back.

You may want to try posting in the Accessories forum if you don't get many hits here. There are many discussions on bags for 15 inch laptops. The brand is usually irrelevant as long as you have the general screen size.

Also, as the previous poster stated, it will be difficult to make a suggestion as we do not know how big your son is. A laptop bag that may be ideal for a 17 yr old student would probably not work out so well for a 12 yr old.

    Good Luck with your search.
