    Backorder on LCD screens?

    I JUST got off the phone with two reps with foreign accents and they said there was a backorder on LCD screens which can explain some people's delays that have an ESD of 8/20 or around that date. I wonder if that's true. At least I got a little compensation for those two calls; 50 dollar coupon. I was aiming more for a bag though.

    you can just tell them that instead of coupon you want a bag
    thats what i did
    btw, 1520 blue should have no problem now as i ve seen numerous people on this forum seeing theirs into boxings
    but, 1720 is still not coming , darnnnnnnnnn

    I started a chat today with a CSR and they told me that my 1420's jet black lid and the 1440x900 screen were both delayed.

    Sad. Panda.

    And this is after a CSR assured me last week that none of my stuff was on backorder or delayed at all.

    I sent a Dell case manager an email reply further notifying my concern for a possible delay. I really really really really hope a 2nd delay will not occur. I think I'll just about lose my temper with them if they do.
    BTW I better get a good screen and not no grainy POS.
